Join a group of
emotionally intelligent men

You were never meant to do this alone.
You’re carrying more than you show.
Grief. Rage. Shame. Love that had nowhere to go.
You want to feel again—but without drowning.
You want to speak your truth—but without being rejected.
You want to rise—but something keeps pulling you back down.
This is where the Heart Warrior is born.
Men's Work
What is it?
A weekly Zoom-based men’s circle focused on deep emotional healing, embodiment, and spiritual remembrance.
It’s not therapy.
It’s not self-help hacks.
It’s not a place to pretend you're fine.
It’s a place to be seen and heard in your raw, unpolished truth—
And from there, begin the sacred work of rising again.
