Jase P. Chau is a spiritual coach, writer, and group facilitator who helps people reconnect with their soul and live from their highest potential.
A former educator turned transformational guide, Jason is the founder of The Effata Guide—a modern path of inner work that blends ancient wisdom with grounded psychology. His approach draws from Tantric Taoism, Zen Buddhism, Christian Mysticism, and Alchemical traditions, combined with tools from Attachment Theory, Family Systems, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy.
Through one-on-one sessions, group trainings, and immersive retreats, Jason helps seekers open to their truth, release emotional blocks, and live with purpose and presence.
